I love the fact that I am still good friends with my friends from high school. We have grown a lot and survived a lot together. Now we are surviving together with kids of all ages. It nice to hear parenting stories and advice from them because their kids are older and the can tell me what's coming next. Then when we get together, the kids all play together while we cruise and talk story. We decided to make our next get together a sleep over, a first for Rainna and Isaiah!
What makes this sleepover extra great is that the parents are having a sleepover too! What a great way to survive you first sleepover when you know your mommy is going to be right there with you, so you are not scared at all and parents are being called to drive back in the middle of the night. Next best thing is sleeping over at your friend's house when they are right next door!
