"Reces" Peanut Butter CUPcakes

I finally made Isaiah's birthday cake today! It's only 2 months and a day late. But that's okay because it was f-ing delicious and beautiful!

Directions:
Bake chocolate cake in mini cupcake pan or babycakes cupcake maker; any recipe will do from the box or scratch.

Using a teaspoon measure, scoop out the middle of the cupcake while it's still warm.

Then use a butter knife to place peanut butter in the puka and smooth it over. Again, it's best to do this while the cupcake is still warm to the peanut butter spreads more easily.

Then dip the top of the cupcake in the warm chocolate topping. (recipe below)

Then, voila, yummy treats!

Chocolate Topping Recipe - Super Easy!

4 tbsp shortening (do not use butter or oil!)
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Place shortening and chocolate chips in microwaveable bowl. Heat on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Heat for 15 second increments thereafter until chocolate is completely melted and smooth and blended
